Qualifications

• MD/DO with valid California medical license and DEA.
• 5–10 years as practicing physician and 5+ years in program leadership or grant initiatives.
• Board certification in Family Practice, Internal Medicine, or related specialty.
• Current BLS/CPR certification and leadership credentials.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical leadership and physician executive oversight for specialty programs and grant-funded initiatives.
• Ensure programs are evidence-based, patient-centered, and compliant with HRSA, UDS, and other requirements.
• Lead cross-department collaboration to advance whole-person care and improve outcomes.
• Oversee departmental performance metrics, quality, and regulatory compliance.
• Support grant development, reporting, audits, and sustainability planning.
