Qualifikationen

• MD/DO or international equivalent required.
• 2+ years of clinical trial experience in pharmaceutical industry, academia, or equivalent.
• Ability to run a clinical research program of moderate complexity with minimal supervision.
• Ability to work across a cross-functional global team.
• Strong knowledge of regulatory and compliance requirements governing clinical trials.
• Excellent oral and written English communication skills.

Aufgaben

• Oversees the design and implementation of one or more clinical development programs.
• Oversees study enrollment and timelines for key deliverables.
• Design, analysis, interpretation, and reporting of scientific content for protocols, Investigator Brochures, and clinical study reports.
• May oversee Medical Directors and Scientific Directors.
• Provides in-house clinical expertise and coordinates with internal stakeholders.
• Contributes to translational strategies and collaborates with Discovery colleagues.
• May chair Clinical Strategy Team and represent clinical research in Asset Development teams.
