Regard Healthcare seeks a Medical Director to provide clinical oversight across addiction treatment services, ensuring ASAM-aligned care from detox to outpatient levels. The role oversees MAT use, credentialing, and daily physician coverage, while guiding policy and program development.

The candidate will lead multidisciplinary teams, drive quality improvement, and ensure regulatory compliance with Joint Commission and state standards, with a focus on patient safety.

Formación

• Proven knowledge of ASAM Criteria and MAT.
• MD/DO with board certification in Addiction Medicine or Psychiatry.
• Minimum 5 years of clinical experience in substance use disorder treatment.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee clinical services to ensure ASAM compliance and appropriate care.
• Lead QA/QI initiatives and participate in audits and accreditation processes.
• Manage credentialing, privileging, and ongoing physician performance.
• Provide leadership to multidisciplinary teams and supervise medical staff.
