Principal Headhunter, Clinical Development

One of the biotech clients we're supporting is currently looking to bring on an experienced MD-level Senior or Executive Medical Director, ideally with a background in neurology and prior experience in neurodegenerative or neuroinflammatory disorders.

The company is a well-funded, clinical-stage biotech focused on precision medicine. Their pipeline includes multiple assets in early clinical development, including brain-penetrant small molecules targeting genetically defined patient subgroups. Their approach integrates genetics, biomarkers, and AI to support targeted drug development and companion diagnostics.

We're searching for someone who can contribute to clinical strategy, medical monitoring, and early-to-late phase development planning, while collaborating cross-functionally with translational science, regulatory, and biomarker teams.

To be considered as a Director/Senior Director of Clinical Development, you must have the following:

• MD Qualified (Neurologist would be preferred, but not non-negotiable)
• Neurology Clinical Development experience (preferably within MS or Neurodegenerative Disorders)
• Clinical Development experience will include Medical Monitoring, Strategy for moving from early to later phase, and cross-functional collaboration
• NDA or BLA experience
• Strong Communication skills; this will start as a stand-alone position, therefore, they need to be able to articulate cross-functionally
