Job description

Zachary Piper Solutions is seeking a Senior Medical Director of Radiology to join a large CRO in the United States. The Senior Medical Director will work REMOTE. Applicants must be Board Certified in Radiology.

Responsibilities of the Senior Medical Director include:

  1. Oversee study-specific medical/safety monitoring activities, ensuring compliance with ethical, legal, and regulatory standards, as well as Sponsor SOPs.
  2. Represent the Medical Imaging Department in business development activities.
  3. Provide medical leadership on project teams.
  4. Collaborate with drug development experts beyond the Medical Imaging group.
  5. Provide medical/scientific consultation and therapeutic expertise to our clients.

Qualifications for the Senior Medical Director include:

  1. Medical Degree (MD or equivalent) with medical training as a Radiologist.
  2. Minimum 5 years direct experience in imaging for clinical trials.
  3. Board Certification as a Radiologist in the USA.
  4. Familiarity with core imaging paradigms (e.g. RECIST 1.1, LUGANO, etc.).
  5. Demonstrates exceptional communication skills.

Compensation for the Senior Medical Director:

Salary Range $200,000 – 400,000 Depending on experience
