The ideal candidate will have strong mechanical and electromechanical engineering expertise, product development experience, and ability to translate user needs into technical solutions.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related technical discipline.
• Minimum 6 years of relevant professional experience in R&D or related engineering function.
• Strong understanding of mechanical and electromechanical engineering principles.
• Experience with product design, development, technical evaluation, and feasibility assessments.
• Ability to analyze technical requirements, identify system constraints, and provide engineering recommendations.
• Strong technical documentation, problem solving, and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Mansioni

• Research, develop, design, and evaluate mechanical and electromechanical components, assemblies, and equipment for medical devices.
• Conduct technical analysis and stakeholder interviews to identify system requirements, design constraints, and development objectives.
• Analyze user needs and provide technical input and recommendations to relevant stakeholders.
• Conduct feasibility studies to evaluate product functionality, technical capabilities, and design risk.
• Develop innovative product concepts and support the complete development lifecycle from design through market release.
• Direct support personnel and coordinate project activities to ensure successful execution of R&D initiatives.
• Prepare, document, and submit intellectual property applications, including patents.
• Maintain comprehensive technical documentation throughout all phases of R&D.
• Review and coordinate vendor activities to support product development and engineering requirements.
• Research and evaluate cost-effective alternative approaches to improve existing processes, products, and engineering.
