Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field required or equivalent experience
• Minimum of 3 years in engineering related to product development or manufacturing
• Strong knowledge of medical manufacturing concepts, quality systems, and technical documentation

Responsibilities

• Develop innovative manufacturing processes to enable successful commercialization and scalable production
• Lead technical research and prototype projects to meet customer requirements and delivery commitments
• Mitigate manufacturing and project risks through technical expertise and contingency planning
• Ensure quality systems compliance and thorough technical documentation
• Build technical capability across the organization through training and cross-functional collaboration
