Job summary

Novozen Healthcare LLC is seeking a skilled Manufacturing Engineer II to support production of complex electromechanical devices in a medical device environment. You will provide hands-on manufacturing engineering support across multiple product lines, troubleshoot issues, and drive continuous improvement.

Responsibilities include collaborating with NPI to transfer new products, maintaining BOMs and drawings, and partnering with Quality Engineering to perform root cause analysis.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related technical field required.
• 3–6 years of hands-on manufacturing engineering experience.
• Experience in electronics-based or electromechanical production.
• SolidWorks used for design, drawings, or manufacturing support.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
• Good communication and ability to work across teams.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day engineering support for production builds and troubleshoot issues.
• Collaborate with NPI to transfer products into manufacturing.
• Create and maintain BOMs, assembly instructions, test procedures, drawings.
• Support changes to improve manufacturability and efficiency.
• Partner with Quality Engineering to investigate issues and perform RCA.
• Monitor production progress and communicate status to stakeholders.
• Identify and implement continuous improvement to reduce scrap and improve yield.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams across Manufacturing, Quality, NPI, Design.
• Communicate with customers when necessary to resolve manufacturing concerns.
• Stay aware of medical device manufacturing practices and quality requirements.
