Philips is seeking a Sr. Product Support Engineer (Medical Devices) in Cambridge, MA. The role leads design, implementation, and deployment of complex infrastructure solutions, providing expert guidance to clients and stakeholders while ensuring security, reliability, and interoperability across platforms.

You will act as a senior technical advisor, manage multiple global projects, and stay current with industry trends to drive performance and client outcomes within a health tech environment.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in Infrastructure Engineering Support, Cloud Technologies, System Administration, or Systems Architecture in Health Tech/Med device environments.
• Strong IT knowledge: virtualization, SQL, Microsoft Windows, Linux, and Citrix.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a global, customer-facing environment.
• Experience with Rhapsody and XML/DICOM interfaces preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end design, implementation, and deployment of complex infrastructure solutions aligned to client requirements and business objectives.
• Serve as trusted advisor on infrastructure strategies and solution roadmaps.
• Drive integration and optimization of advanced environments across platforms and legacy systems.
• Troubleshoot highly complex issues, perform root-cause analysis, and implement long-term corrective actions.
• Develop comprehensive technical documentation, procedures, and knowledge-sharing resources.
