Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree with relevant experience in electronics.
• Experience in analog, digital, and mixed-signal design and simulations.
• Expertise in EMI/EMC/ESD and RF concepts for medical devices.
• Strong communication and cross-functional leadership skills.
• Proficiency in test development and protocol documentation.

Responsibilities

• Oversee design, development, implementation, and analysis of products and systems.
• Create schematics and PCB layouts, coordinate prototypes with vendors.
• Apply electronics design principles including RF and mixed-signal systems.
• Independently perform experiments, tests, and data-driven analysis.
• Troubleshoot issues and present findings to stakeholders.
• Develop schedules for complex projects with cross-functional dependencies.
