Resonant Link Medical is seeking a Staff Electrical Engineer to advance wireless power for implantable devices. You will own high-stakes power electronics challenges, take concepts through working hardware, and ensure manufacturability and customer delivery.

You will prototype, test, and debug circuits in the lab, work across disciplines, and raise engineering rigor to deliver reliable, production-ready platforms.

Qualifications

• Strong foundation in power electronics and analog circuit design.
• Experience validating circuits and power converters for high-reliability products.
• Proficient in schematic capture, PCB layout, and release using Altium.
• Hands-on lab prototyping, bring-up, debugging, and verification.
• Understanding of passive networks and device modelling.
• Experience with engineering processes for shipping high-reliability electronics.
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Clear communicator across multidisciplinary teams.

Responsibilities

• Own high-stakes electrical engineering risks from concept to customer delivery.
• Design and implement circuits end-to-end: schematic capture, PCB layout, release.
• Prototype, test, validate, and debug hardware in the lab.
• Debug complex power, analog, and mixed-signal systems; drive root-cause resolution.
• Drive hardware milestones: schematic release, layout, bring-up, verification, shipping.
• Support test engineering as a SME to speed troubleshooting.
• Collaborate with systems, EM, mechanical, firmware, and test teams.
