Job summary

Integra LifeSciences in the United States seeks a Medical Device Complaint Trending Expert responsible for end-to-end development and oversight of complaint data trending, signal detection, and post-market surveillance. You will act as SME for analytics, methods, and regulatory expectations.

This role partners with Complaint Handling, CAPA, Risk Management, and regulatory teams to translate trend signals into investigations.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in engineering or life sciences or related field.
5–8 years of experience in medical device quality, complaint handling, or safety analytics.
Experience with complaint trending and signal detection.
Knowledge of FDA, EU MDR, ISO standards.
Strong communication and analytical skills.
Proficiency with MS Office and data visualization tools.

Responsibilities

Design and improve complaint trending methodologies.
Perform routine and ad hoc trending analyses to identify signals and risks.
Develop standardized dashboards and executive summaries.
Support inspections and audits with defensible analyses.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate trend signals into investigations.
Present results to management and regulators.
