Job summary

Integer Holdings Corporation in the Town of Alden, NY, is seeking an Assembly/Inspection operator to perform a range of product assembly and inspection tasks. You will study MPI/QWI, gather parts and materials, and may train teammates to ensure production flow.

The role requires reading detailed instructions, following quality standards, and contributing to process improvements. Moderate supervision applies; salary is hourly with shift differentials in a manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• High school graduate or equivalent.
• 3 years Integer related work experience and/or 3-5 years light assembly experience in a regulated industry required; medical device experience preferred.
• Must read, comprehend, and follow detailed instructions; recognize defects in workmanship.

Responsibilities

• Adheres to Core Beliefs, Safety, and Quality Policy.
• Sets up equipment per MPI and QWI.
• Understands tasks and team role; follows Standard Work.
• Performs assembly per prints; manual and automatic operation.
• Inspects parts for conformance; escalates defects.
• Completes Device History Records and GDP docs.
• May package assemblies for shipment.
• Participates in process/product improvement and safety programs.
• Maintains clean, safe work area and supports production flow.
