Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 3 years Integer-related experience and/or 3-5 years light assembly in a regulated industry required; medical device experience preferred.
• Ability to read, comprehend and follow detailed instruction; recognize obvious defects.
• Excellent communication skills; familiarity with microscopes and measuring devices.
• IPC soldering standards certification desired.

Responsibilities

• Adheres to core beliefs and safety policies.
• Sets up equipment per MPI and QWI.
• Works under minimal supervision; follows Standard Work where applicable.
• Understand production flow; may perform non-cyclic work.
• Assembles components per print; uses manual and automatic machinery.
• Inspects parts for conformance; escalates quality non-conformances.
• Completes device history records per GDP.
• Packages assemblies for shipment as needed.
• Participates in cross-functional process improvement.
• Expands skills through training and on-the-job learning.
