Job summary

Compass Connections is seeking a Nurse Manager to lead medical services at our Baytown, TX facility. The role requires an RN license, five years’ nursing experience, and two years in management, with bilingual English/Spanish abilities highly valued.

You will supervise nursing staff, develop schedules, and ensure compliance with federal/state guidelines and program policies while coordinating patient care and medical records. This full-time position offers comprehensive benefits and on-site work.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing required; RN license current and unrestricted in state of practice.
• Current BLS certifications (PELS preferred); CPR and First Aid.
• Five years' experience as a registered nurse and two years of management experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise medical staff across site(s) to deliver nursing care as ordered.
• Develop staffing schedules and address staffing gaps.
• Train staff on CPR, First Aid, BLS and health-care best practices.
