You will manage high-volume content development, work with authors, SMEs, and vendors to deliver on-spec material for print and digital formats, and ensure alignment with editorial standards and industry expectations.

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Minimum of 2 years' experience in academic and/or healthcare publishing.
• Travel: <10% for team meetings and conferences

Responsabilités

• Develop content and assets for print and digital products for medical education and clinical practice audiences.
• Oversee assigned high-volume products during the development cycle to ensure on-time, on-spec delivery within budget.
• Collaborate with SMEs, authors, vendors, and internal teams to produce engaging content for multiple platforms.
• Analyze proposals and sample content to determine market viability and compliance with project plan.
• Demonstrate development editing capabilities and provide direction to authors/SMEs as needed.
• Create and monitor project budgets and schedules; prepare management reports.
• Resolve quality or scope issues by coordinating with Editorial Operations and vendors.
• Support enrichment of products with digital assessments, instructor resources, case studies, and videos for digital delivery.
• Enforce editorial standards, ensure legal/ethical compliance, and monitor content quality
