Job summary

Transformcap is seeking a Senior Medical Coding Analyst to join their team in Boston. The role involves ensuring coding quality for CodaMetrix customers, requiring strong analytical skills, up-to-date coding credentials, and the ability to work collaboratively with various stakeholders.

The ideal candidate has a minimum of 5 years of coding experience and certifications, is detail-oriented, and possesses excellent communication skills. This hybrid position offers flexibility and promotes a culture of continuous learning.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of coding and auditing experience with progressive growth in responsibilities.
• Demonstrated experience with CPT coding in pathology.
• Experience supporting or coding within radiology is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and document customers’ coding practices and workflows.
• Assist manager with Coding Quality Assessment projects.
• Serve as the internal and external Subject Matter Expert on medical coding and billing.
• Develop and deliver evaluation and training materials on coding and billing.
• Stay up to date with changes in medical coding and billing.
