Responsibilities

• Understand coding charge capture flow and ensure charges are submitted for coding.
• Analyze outstanding documentation and deficiencies and obtain addendums.
• Maintain documentation and controls for internal charge capture processes.
• Provide guidance on coding guidelines to physicians and leadership.
