Job summary

Planned Parenthood of Greater New York is seeking a seasoned Coding Compliance and Education Specialist to support the VP of Revenue Cycle. You will audit provider coding, develop education programs, and lead audits to improve CPT/ICD-10 accuracy across EPIC-based workflows.

In this full-time role based in New York, you will train providers, monitor adherence to billing guidelines, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize reimbursement while advancing equity and quality care.

Qualifications

• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to audit and improve coding accuracy.
• Experience with EPIC EMR and billing systems.
• Knowledge of CPT/ICD-10 coding and billing guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Performs charge audit/coding review to determine ICD-10 and CPT codes.
• Reviews modifiers for billing compliance and optimal reimbursement.
• Develops audit programs and education platforms for providers.
• Educates providers and stakeholders on coding compliance.
