• Perform clerical tasks: scheduling, lab calls, prior authorizations.
• Collect patient data: vitals, medical history, allergies, etc.
• Prepare exam rooms and assist with procedures and dressings.
• Administer medications under physician direction.
• Provide patient education and care instructions.
• Maintain infection control and stock exam room supplies.
