Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• 2-5 years of medical assisting experience.
• CPR certification (Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation) required.
• Experience with exam room prep and basic clinical procedures.

Responsibilities

• Cleans, prepares and stocks supplies in exam rooms.
• Obtains vital signs, patient history and charts accurately.
• Performs phlebotomy, EKGs, point-of-care testing and injections.
• Triage calls and communicates test results with providers.
• Assists provider by preparing patients for exams and procedures.
