Aufgaben

• Provide technical, supportive, age specific and developmentally appropriate patient care in the assigned clinical area.
• Perform clinical duties as part of the Patient Centered Medical Home team.
• Register patients at front desk and assist with patient flow in the outpatient clinic.
• Obtain vital signs, document chief complaints, and assist with examinations and procedures.
• Administer medications as directed and perform related documentation and communication with providers.
• Maintain equipment, supplies, cleanliness, and infection control measures.
• Document interventions clearly in patient records and communicate with health care providers.
• Support continuous quality improvement activities at the clinic/department level.
