Froedtert Health in West Bend is hiring a Medical Assistant (MA/MA Sr) to be a vital part of our patient-centered healthcare team. The position is responsible for maintaining Basic Life Support (BLS) certification and assisting with patient care while collaborating with healthcare providers.

Ideal candidates will have a high school diploma or GED and must obtain BLS certification within 90 days of hire. In addition to competitive pay, we offer a robust benefits package, including career development and a possible $5,000 sign-on bonus.

Qualifications

• Completion of an MA program or EMT-Basic course is required.
• American Heart Association (AHA) Basic Life Support certification within 90 days of hire.
• One year of healthcare experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Cross-train and float as needed to provide services across sites.
• Help patients feel at ease while collaborating with the provider.
