Job summary

UnitedHealth Group in Fountain Hills, AZ is seeking a Medical Assistant to support primary care teams. You’ll perform clinical tasks, patient prep, and charting to help streamline visits and care coordination.

Requirements: High School diploma or GED, CPR/BLS certification, completion of a Medical Assistant or Military Medic program, and 3+ years MA experience. EPIC EMR experience and English/Spanish bilingualism are a plus.

Required Qualifications:

• High School graduate or GED
• Current CPR and/or BLS certification or ability to obtain certification within 30 days of hire
• Completion of a Medical Assistant or Military Medic program
• 3+ years of Medical Assistant experience

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working in Family Practice, Specialty, or Internal
• EMR experience - EPIC
• Bilingual English/Spanish speaking
• Assisted with onboarding new staff

The hourly pay for this role will range from $18 - $32 per hour based on full-time employment. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
