Qualifications

• Advanced degree in life/physical sciences, applied sciences, or engineering; MA/MS required.
• Minimum 5 years of experience with 4+ years in data analytics.
• Experience in a matrix environment and in the pharmaceutical industry is preferred.
• Experience with data analytics and AI methodologies to answer business questions.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Medical Analytics leads to plan and execute analytics of raw insights surrounding product launches, major industry conferences, key data releases, and other critical events.
• Leverage AI models to automate and standardize ingestion and standardization of text insights, accelerating meaningful analyses that drive strategy.
• Coordinate with Medical and Field Medical teams to understand key priorities, needs, and deliverables.
• Lead delivery of high-quality analytics reports in a timely manner for prompt consumption and action.
• Serve as technical expert for insight analytics in leadership forums and reviews.
