Nucleus Global, an Inizio Medical company, seeks a Senior Scientific Director – Medical Affairs to lead CRM-focused medical communications for premium clients. This client-facing role directs strategy, mentors staff, and leads scientific teams in content creation and advisory board programs.

You will partner with VPs of scientific and client services, drive business development, and foster innovation across the network in the US and globally.

Qualifications

• PhD, PharmD or MD with 10+ years in medical communications.
• Track record of successful scientific leadership across multiple clients/therapeutic areas.
• US launch experience required; global experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage scientific team delivering strategic Medical Affairs projects.
• Lead creation of high-quality medical content and advisory boards.
• Develop and expand Medical Affairs work with VPs of scientific and client services.
• Identify strategic and tactical recommendations addressing client needs.
• Serve as trusted advisor applying therapeutic area and market expertise to clients.
