Qualifications

• PhD, PharmD or MD with 10+ years in medical communications.
• Proven leadership across multiple clients/therapeutic areas.
• US launch experience a must; global experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead scientific team delivering strategic commercial content in rheumatology.
• Direct client strategy and oversee high-quality medical communications content.
• Mentor staff and collaborate with VPs and managing directors on business development.
• Identify strategic recommendations aligned with client strategy and market needs.
• Lead workshops and develop innovative strategies for commercial work.
