Qualifications

• 10+ years of consulting and/or industry experience.
• Experience with state public assistance systems supporting eligibility and benefits determination and case management.
• Experience supporting state clients in eligibility determination, benefits calculation, or information management.
• Ability to travel 0-20%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients you serve.
• Limited immigration sponsorship may be available.

Responsibilities

• Manage the lifecycle of Medicaid eligibility systems (design, development, testing, deployment, and maintenance).
• Oversee application performance, reliability, and scalability.
• Coordinate system upgrades, patches, and enhancements.
• Lead and manage projects related to eligibility system transformations and modernization.
