Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a detail‑oriented Provider Data Operations Coordinator to support the Medicaid provider management team. You will assist with assignments, reporting, project management and non-production activities, coordinating network intake, triage and data tasks across the department.

This role emphasizes collaboration with managers to meet production targets and turnaround times, using QNXT, Excel and PowerPoint to extract and share information.

Qualifications

• QNXT experience required and knowledge of provider data services systems.
• 3 years of experience and knowledge of provider data services and other end user applications.
• Advanced Excel skills.
• Ability to coordinate collaboration sessions.
• Take detailed notes to share with analysts across the team.
• General understanding and skills in PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and collaborate on work for Network Operations-Intake and triage, provider data assignments, and claim pend assignments.
• Lead for work assignments and work closely with the manager on department production and turnaround times.
