Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Senior Manager to lead the Corporate Medicaid Compliance Office's amendments program. You will oversee cross‑functional teams, ensure regulatory alignment, and drive risk‑based improvements across Medicaid contracts with health plans and stakeholders.

The role requires extensive experience in Medicaid managed care, governance, and documentation, plus strong leadership and communication skills to partner with senior leaders and align compliance processes with business

Qualifications

• 7+ years healthcare/health insurance experience with complex projects.
• 5+ years Medicaid managed care experience.
• 5+ years contractual/compliance experience.
• 5+ years project lead experience or similar work experience.
• 3+ years leadership experience, influencing change.
• 5+ years in Microsoft applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee compliance activities related to new and revised Medicaid contractual and regulatory requirements.
• Provide oversight of amendment‑related activities, including requirement tracking, stakeholder engagement, status monitoring, and evidence collection.
• Coordinate with Compliance, Health Plan, and business stakeholders through recurring and ad hoc touch points.
• Manage amendment intake, communications, and governance through centralized processes and tools.
• Review and oversee compliance portfolios, requirement trackers, and supporting documentation.
• Maintain knowledge of Medicaid contract amendment processes and compliance practices.
• Lead and organize team assignments, oversee day‑to‑day operations, and identify opportunities to improve processes.
• Support enterprise Medicaid Compliance initiatives and regulatory readiness activities, including audits.
