Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Sr. Manager to oversee the Medicaid Contract Amendment (MCA) program within the Corporate Medicaid Business Compliance Office.

You will lead compliance activities for new and revised Medicaid requirements, coordinate among compliance, health plans, and business stakeholders, and ensure evidence-based documentation across multiple markets. The role requires 7+ years in healthcare/insurance, 5+ years in Medicaid managed care, and 3+ years of leadership with strong Microsoft

Qualifications

Experience leading complex, cross-functional health care programs.
Strong governance, risk, and compliance experience.
Proven ability to advise senior leadership and drive change.
Experience supporting state contract requirements and regulatory readiness.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

Lead and oversee compliance activities for Medicaid contract amendments and regulatory requirements.
Coordinate amendment intake, communications, and governance through centralized processes.
Monitor progress, collect evidence, and ensure contractual obligations are documented.
