Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Sr. Manager to lead the Corporate Medicaid Business Compliance Office and oversee the Medicaid Contract Amendment program across plans.

You will coordinate cross-functional teams, ensure evidence-based tracking, and maintain contractual compliance documentation. The ideal candidate has deep knowledge of Medicaid managed care, strong leadership, and a demonstrated history of managing large, cross-functional health-plan initiatives.

Qualifications

• 7+ years healthcare/health insurance/industry experience on complex projects.
• 5+ years Medicaid managed care experience.
• 5+ years contractual and/or compliance experience.
• 5+ years of project lead experience or similar work experience.
• 3+ years leadership experience, influencing change, and driving positive outcomes.
• 5+ years in Microsoft applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee compliance activities related to new and revised Medicaid contractual and regulatory requirements.
• Provide compliance oversight of amendment-related activities, including requirement tracking, stakeholder engagement, status monitoring, and evidence collection.
• Coordinate with Compliance, Health Plan, and business stakeholders through touch points to guidance, monitor progress, and address barriers to compliance.
• Manage amendment intake, communications, and governance through centralized processes and tools.
• Review and oversee compliance portfolios, requirement trackers, and supporting documentation with evidence.
• Maintain knowledge of Medicaid contract amendment processes and compliance oversight practices.
• Lead and organize team assignments, oversee day-to-day operations, and improve compliance processes.
• Support enterprise Medicaid Compliance initiatives and regulatory readiness activities, including audits and examinations.
