Good Karma Sports, a sports media and marketing company, seeks an ESPN Milwaukee Marketing Consultant to grow regional partnerships and deliver customized marketing solutions across audio, digital, social, video, live events and more. You will build relationships, present compelling proposals, and collaborate with teams to execute campaigns.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in sales within Milwaukee or sports advertising, a strong network, and an entrepreneurial drive.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of sales experience, preferably in Milwaukee market, sports media or advertising sales.
• Experience selling play-by-play/live sports and/or existing relationships with advertisers targeting sports content.
• Strong network within the Milwaukee business community.
• Goal-oriented, entrepreneurial self-starter with strong follow-through.
• Excellent communication, organization and time-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Identify, develop and secure new business opportunities throughout Milwaukee and Wisconsin.
• Build and maintain relationships with partners while driving growth.
• Develop understanding of ESPN Milwaukee and Good Karma Sports assets and opportunities.
• Create customized, multi-platform marketing solutions across audio, digital, social, video, live events.
• Develop proposals and present strategies aligned with partner goals.
• Collaborate with internal teams to fulfill campaigns and measure impact.
• Stay informed on industry trends and local market opportunities.
• Meet revenue goals through new business development and existing partnerships.
• Leverage AI tools to enhance outreach, research, and campaign development while personalizing interactions.
