What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

  • Own and grow the direct ad sales business across North America and Latin America, focusing on premium travel and tourism brands
  • Build and manage a pipeline of high-value advertisers, including DMOs, hotel brands, rail operators, airlines, and media agencies
  • Partner with various teams to bring creative advertising campaigns to life
  • Represent the employer at key industry events throughout the regions
  • Share market and client insights to help shape strategy and ad products

What Is Required (Qualifications)

  • 6–10 years of experience in digital advertising or media sales, ideally in the travel and tourism space
  • Strong commercial instinct with a proven track record of closing high-impact deals
  • Confidence in navigating client conversations, building relationships, and managing a dynamic pipeline
  • Experience selling into North America and Latin America markets, with an understanding of regional dynamics
  • A collaborative and thoughtful communicator who thrives in fast-paced, cross-functional environments

How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

  • Knowledge of programmatic, native, and performance-based media
  • Fluency in languages other than English
