What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Own and grow the direct ad sales business across North America and Latin America, focusing on premium travel and tourism brands

- Partner with various teams to bring creative advertising campaigns to life
- Represent the employer at key industry events throughout the regions

What is Required (Qualifications):
- 6–10 years of experience in digital advertising or media sales, ideally in the travel and tourism space
- Strong commercial instinct with a proven track record of closing high-impact deals
- Confidence in navigating client conversations, building relationships, and managing a dynamic pipeline
- Experience selling into North America and Latin America markets, with an understanding of regional dynamics
- A collaborative and thoughtful communicator who thrives in fast-paced, cross-functional environments

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Knowledge of programmatic, native, and performance-based media
- Fluency in languages other than English
