Job summary

CrowdStrike Inc. is seeking a Senior Manager of Media Relations to shape and amplify narratives around its products, business, and executives. This role drives high-impact earned media that aligns with company objectives and market position.

You will work with executives and cross-functional teams to identify opportunities, craft differentiated narratives, and build relationships with reporters across cybersecurity, tech, business, and finance outlets.

Qualifications

10–14+ years of public relations experience, including at least 5 years focused on cybersecurity.
Deep understanding of the cybersecurity industry and market trends.
Established network of cybersecurity media contacts and relationships with tech, business, and financial media.
Proven track record of proactive pitching and securing high-impact earned media including executive profiles.
Strong writing and communication skills for pitches, briefing materials, and media messaging.
Experience working with senior executives and preparing them for media engagements.
Collaborative mindset with cross-functional team experience.
Attention to detail, organization, and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Experience leveraging AI technologies to enhance decision-making and efficiency.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute proactive media relations strategies to drive high-impact earned coverage.
Build and leverage relationships with top-tier cybersecurity, tech, business, and financial media.
Identify and pitch compelling stories that reinforce CrowdStrike’s market leadership.
Drive executive media engagement through interviews and thought leadership.
Translate cybersecurity trends into timely narratives for reporters and audiences.
Collaborate with leadership and teams to develop media strategies and briefing materials.
Monitor industry trends and news to identify opportunities.
Coordinate with regional PR teams and agencies to extend narratives.
