Job summary

CrowdStrike Inc. is seeking a Senior Manager of Media Relations to shape and amplify narratives around the company’s products, business, and executives. You will drive high-impact earned media and work with leadership to advance market position.

You’ll develop differentiated narratives, build relationships with reporters across cybersecurity, technology, business, and finance, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver strategic communications.

Qualifications

10-14+ years of public relations experience, including at least 5 years focused on cybersecurity.
Deep understanding of the cybersecurity industry, competitive landscape, and key trends shaping the market.
An established network of cybersecurity media contacts and relationships with influential reporters across tech, business, and finance media.
Proven track record of proactively developing, pitching, and securing high-impact earned media coverage.
Excellent writing and communication skills with the ability to develop compelling pitches and briefing materials.
Experience working directly with senior executives and cross-functional teams; ability to prep executives for high-profile engagements.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute proactive media relations strategies that drive high-impact earned coverage aligned with business objectives.
Build and leverage strong relationships with top-tier cybersecurity, technology, business, and financial media to secure coverage.
Identify, develop, and pitch compelling stories that advance market leadership and executive visibility.
Drive executive media engagement, including interviews, features, and thought leadership opportunities.
Translate complex cybersecurity trends into timely, newsworthy narratives for reporters and audiences.
Collaborate with leadership and stakeholders to develop media strategies, messaging, and briefing materials.
Monitor the cybersecurity media landscape, trends, competitor activity, and breaking news to identify opportunities.
Partner with regional PR teams and agencies to extend narratives and drive results.
