Job summary

Moroch is seeking a Full-Time Media Planning Supervisor in Houston, TX to oversee day-to-day operations and guide integrated media planning for multiple accounts. You will manage workloads, coach planners, and ensure plans meet budgets, timelines, and agency standards.

You will influence channel choices, allocation strategies, and performance optimization while collaborating with account teams and partners to deliver strong outcomes for clients. Travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience in media planning, budgeting, and client-facing campaign coordination.
• Experience translating objectives into actionable media recommendations and optimizing in-flight campaigns.
• Proven ability to coach and develop team members while delivering results.
• Strong analytical thinking and problem solving to support planning accuracy and impact.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning operations and team coordination across Media Planners and Junior Media Planners.
• Guide integrated media planning strategy with channel selection and investment allocation guidance.
• Oversee planning quality, budgets, flowcharts, and reporting for accuracy and alignment.
• Coach, mentor, and develop planning staff to foster accountability and continuous learning.
• Support strategic media recommendations and client presentations with insights and rationale.
• Monitor pacing, delivery, results, and optimization opportunities to improve outcomes.
• Strengthen cross-functional collaboration with account teams, buyers, analytics, and strategy partners.
• Improve planning workflows, documentation standards, and knowledge sharing.
• Identify media innovations and industry opportunities to drive performance.
• Demonstrate Moroch's values through leadership and client partnership.
