Job Description :
As a Senior Media Planner, you will play a critical role in crafting and executing strategic media plans for a diverse portfolio of clients. This role requires a balance of analytical skills, strategic insight, and creativity, with a focus on driving campaign success across multiple channels. You will work closely with cross-functional teams and manage client relationships to ensure media solutions that align with their objectives, contributing to the agency’s reputation for excellence.
Mission & Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive media plans that are tailored to client goals, market dynamics, and target audience insights.
- Performing thorough market research and competitor analysis to determine the most effective media channels and strategies for our clients.
- Lead in creating media strategies that span digital, print, TV, retail media, SEM, Influencers and performance marketing, ensuring that each plan is impactful and integrated.
- Oversee the execution of media campaigns across various platforms, monitoring progress and optimizing based on performance data.
- Tracking campaign performance and refining media plans as necessary to maximize results.
Channel and Tool Expertise:
- Cultivate expertise in key media channels, with a particular focus on retail media, SEM, and performance marketing.
- Provide strategic insights and recommendations on integrating multiple channels to enhance campaign effectiveness.
- In-depth understanding of traditional and digital media channels, as well as emerging trends and technologies
Client Collaboration:
- Serve as a key contact for client communications, offering insights, campaign updates, and recommendations to meet client expectations.
- Lead in preparing client presentations and comprehensive reports to demonstrate campaign success and impact.
Budget Management:
- Manage campaign budgets effectively, ensuring resources are allocated strategically to meet client objectives.
- Contribute to financial forecasting and budget tracking for each campaign, ensuring accurate and timely reporting.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or related field.
- Minimum of 5+ years in media planning, with experience as a Media Planner or in a similar role within an advertising or media agency.
- Proven expertise in media planning tools and platforms, with a track record of managing multi-channel campaigns.
- Expertise in retail media, performance marketing, SEM.
- Knowledge of media planning and buying tools and platforms.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret and apply data insights.
- Fluency in English and Thai, both written and spoken.
