Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, preferably Accounting or Finance.
• 4-6 years related work experience; marketing/advertising industry experience a plus.
• Prior client management experience required.
• Ability to adapt and thrive in a fast paced, client service environment.
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects and deadlines for multiple stakeholders.
• Intellectual curiosity and excellent problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage client finance efforts for multiple clients, working internally across business units and externally with clients.
• Take ownership of the client finance workflow, including budget management, billing, reporting, and accounts receivable management.
• Plan and coordinate client finance deliverables across business units to ensure timeliness and quality.
• Function as the primary liaison between the agency Budget Management Group, agency business units, and clients for all client finance matters.
• Communicate effectively and responsibly within agency network and externally to clients.
• Establish and nurture strong relationships with clients and agency business units alike.
• Attend periodic client and departmental meetings as needed.
