Jackson Health System is seeking a Clinical Staff Nurse on the JW-4th Floor in Miami, FL. You will provide direct patient care, apply the nursing process, and collaborate with physicians and staff to deliver high-quality care.

The role emphasizes documentation, infection control, and adherence to unit policies. 1–3 years of nursing experience and an Associate's degree are typical requirements; BSN is preferred, with Florida RN licensure and BLS. This is a full-time on-site position.

Qualificações

• Associate's degree in Nursing is required. BSN degree is preferred. Any Employee who will be performing Point of Care and testing in various units, the educational degree must be verified at hire.
• Minimum education level required to be verified is Associate's degree.

Responsabilidades

• Implements and coordinates the delivery of care in collaboration with physician and other provider and healthcare staff.
• Utilizes the nursing process (assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation) in applying nursing knowledge.
• Documents all pertinent information regarding nursing care, care plans and observations.
• Maintains HIPAA compliance at all times.
• Makes rounds on a timely basis to ensure continuity of care.
• Provides functional direction and assistance to LPNs and CNAs or MA's, and completes new staff orientation as assigned.
