Job summary

Inspira Education Group is seeking a Senior Medical School Admissions Consultant, an experienced physician guiding students through applications, personal statements, and interviews. This is a part-time, remote, 1099 contract role based anywhere in the United States or Canada.

You will mentor candidates, help select optimal programs, draft materials, and stay current on med-school admissions trends, delivering strategic advice and thoughtful coaching to empower top-choice outcomes.

Qualifications

• Admissions Committee Experience on medical school admissions process.
• MD or DO degree is required.
• 5–7 years in education, coaching, tutoring, or medical school admissions consulting.
• Passion for coaching students through admissions.
• Strong planning and organizational skills.
• Excellent English reading, writing, and editing for essays and personal statements.
• Strong verbal communication skills.
• Expertise in project management and applicant tracking.

Responsibilities

• Guide prospective medical school candidates in identifying opportunities and drafting compelling application documents.
• Provide strategic guidance on program selection, essays, resumes, recommendations, and interviews.
• Assist students with research on programs and alignment with goals.
• Support students with project planning, timelines, and progress tracking.
• Stay up to date on medical school admissions processes to advise clients.
