Job summary

CBRE is seeking a Senior Robotics Technician to install, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain advanced robotic automation systems across manufacturing and distribution processes. The role emphasizes ensuring uptime and reliability in a high-demand environment.

You will work with machine operators, develop emergency repair plans, provide safety training, and coach junior technicians while aligning with CBRE policies and cost-reduction goals.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED, or trade school diploma with 2-3 years of job-related experience.
• Organizational skills with a strong inquisitive mindset; ability to follow procedures.
• Experience with analyzing information and standard practices to make judgments.
• In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Ability to communicate clearly and follow routines and standards.
• Basic math skills and ability to calculate percentages, discounts, and markups.

Responsibilities

• Install, repair, and test complex manufacturing systems to maintain process efficiency.
• Review specifications and perform preventive maintenance of mechatronic systems.
• Troubleshoot and repair large equipment to prevent problems and failures.
• Work with operators to detect equipment problems and verify system issues.
• Develop work plans for emergency repair of critical assets.
• Coach and lead junior technicians and share expertise within the team.
• Ensure compliance with policies and safety practices across the site.
