Job summary

JLL in Reno, NV is seeking a Sr. Mechatronics & Robotics Technician to lead service technicians in installation and repair of automated packaging and distribution equipment. You will support the Operations Maintenance team by designing solutions and managing projects.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years PM, blueprint reading, and work order management, plus 4+ years in mechanical/electrical field; travel up to 20%. The position offers competitive compensation and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 3+ years of preventative maintenance experience.
• 3+ years of reading blueprints/schematics.
• 2+ years of work order management experience.

Responsibilities

• Promote a safe working environment by following all safety procedures.
• Maintain and troubleshoot conveyor systems in the building.
• Lead and audit preventative maintenance procedures.
• Install, maintain, and troubleshoot relay logic, ladder diagrams, control components, sensors.
• Create and close out work orders with data on labor hours, equipment, and parts.
• Maintain positive relationships across Operations facilities.
• Develop training plans for service technicians.
• Travel up to 20%.
