Globus Medical is seeking a Senior Project Engineer, Mechatronics to lead engineering from concept to FDA approval and post-launch monitoring. You will design instruments and implants using Creo, manage DHF files, work with surgeons, and coordinate with manufacturing and regulatory teams to ensure on-time, high-quality introductions.

Qualifications

• Five+ years of mechanical design engineering experience.
• Experience with medical devices or robotics preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• Proficient in Creo software.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Obtain market feedback to define product specs for new development.
• Create and maintain DHF and project plans.
• Ensure on-time completion within quality system and regulatory requirements.
• Design instruments and implants using Creo.
• Coordinate prototyping with in-house shop and vendors.
• Perform design verification and validation per specs.
• Collaborate on forecasts and market plans with marketing.
• Assist in FDA and other regulatory submissions.
• Support manufacturing setup for each project.
• Participate in product launches through training and customer visits.
• Monitor post-introduction changes per customer requests.
• Research industry and competitors to stay cutting edge.
• Adhere to Code of Conduct and MedTech Code; ensure regulatory compliance.
• Represent company professionally and uphold ethical standards.
