Responsibilities

• Lead design and development of surgical instruments and implants.
• Create and maintain FDA DHF and project plans.
• Perform design verification and validation.
• Collaborate with prototype shops and external vendors.
• Support regulatory submissions and documentation.
• Engage with surgeons during clinical cases to gather feedback.
• Ensure compliance with Globus quality system and post-launch monitoring.
