Qualifications

• 6+ years of machine-building experience in hardware, mechatronics or robotics.
• Degree in Mechatronics or related engineering field (B.S./M.S./Ph.D.).
• Ability to work as an individual contributor in early-stage environments and scale a team.
• Expertise with fabrication processes and manufacturing versatility.

Responsibilities

• Architect and integrate complex robotic hardware systems for prosthetic manufacturing.
• Apply knowledge of additive and subtractive processes to design manufacturing platforms.
• Lead rapid prototyping and perform structural/thermal analyses and FMEA.
• Coordinate mechanical, electrical, firmware, and software teams for system integration.
