Job summary

ASML US, LLC is seeking a Mechatronics Engineer to own end-to-end deliverables for reticle positioning modules. You will lead complex mechatronic designs through the V-model, drive feasibility and validation across the lifecycle, and develop new control concepts for performance and cost.

The role involves collaboration across multiple sectors, risk management, and mentoring junior engineers. The position is on-site in Wilton, CT, with up to 10% travel.

Qualifications

• BS/BE in a relevant technical field required; MS/PhD preferred.
• Minimum of 4 years of relevant work experience; Mechatronic systems and motion control preferred

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end technical deliverables and lead complex designs through the V-model.
• Feasibility, specification, design, and validation of mechatronic modules across lifecycle.
• Develop new mechatronic concepts and advanced control techniques for performance and cost.
• Collaborate across business sectors and module engineers to drive alignment.
• Proactively address risks with root-cause analysis and stakeholder management.
• Mentor junior engineers and guide peers.
