Qualifications

• 7+ years in electromechanical, mechatronics, robotics, or related fields.
• Led a product or system with multiple interacting subsystems.
• Strong judgment on requirements, interfaces, risk, and testing.

Responsibilities

• Translate product goals into a verifiable system architecture.
• Define subsystem boundaries, interfaces, power needs, operating states, and failure behavior.
• Review CAD, BOMs, electrical concepts, controls, and software assumptions for gaps.
• Lead technical reviews across design, engineering, fabrication, and manufacturing.
• Decide what a prototype has to do for real and what can be simulated.
• Produce system diagrams, risk registers, test plans, and integration sequences.
• Support technical intake, prototype troubleshooting, design reviews, and production readiness decisions.
