Qualifications

• BS degree in engineering with a mechanical focus; 6+ years hardware PM experience.
• Hands-on hardware product development experience.
• Strong project/program management fundamentals.
• Culture of continuous learning and process improvement.
• Experience influencing decisions in a matrix environment.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead mechanical/thermal program management activities across the product lifecycle.
• Plan, develop, validate, and deliver mechanical/thermal/electro-mechanical parts with internal and external partners.
• Communicate mechanical/thermal development status to internal and supplier teams.
• Drive design reviews, track issues, and coordinate collateral and deliverables.
• Improve product quality and development schedule with a high execution bar.
